Albright named to World Cup Squad

Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder Chris Albright has been added to the United States World Cup roster. Albright was named as an alternate by Bruce Arena, but has been elevated to the 23-man roster going to Germany following an injury to Columbus Crew's Frankie Hejduk, who tore a ligament in his leg. Reports say it was his ACL.

Personally, this is a bad development only for me. Frankie Hejduk is an okay player, and Chris Albright is an okay player who lots of people think is a great player, but he's really just an overrated douche.
